  • Cancellation policy

    Subscription to EFT and Me is a monthly membership that starts on the day of purchase and renews on the same day each month. To cancel, you can do so anytime through your member account by selecting ‘Cancel’ on your subscription, or by emailing us at [email protected]. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which access to content will be discontinued. Please note that we do not offer pro-rated refunds. For example, if you start on the 13th and cancel on the 20th, you will still have access until the 13th of the next month, with no credit issued on the cancellation date.

FAQ

  • Will the webinar be translated?

    Yes! You can listen to the webinar in English, and we also offer simultaneous interpretation in French, Portuguese, and Spanish during live sessions. These interpreted sessions are recorded and available in your member portal. Additionally, subtitled recordings in German are posted every Friday after each live episode. When you join EFT and Me, you’ll have access to a tutorial—available in all five languages—that guides you through accessing simultaneous and subtitled translations during the webinar. We encourage you to review this tutorial beforehand; it’s available in your member portal.

  • Can participants ask questions during the live webinar?

    Yes! If you have questions or comments during the live webinar, please type them in the Zoom chat using your preferred language (English, French, Portuguese, or Spanish). Our hosts will respond to them there. For confidentiality and logistical reasons—since the webinar is simultaneously interpreted into three languages—we will not open the microphone for live Q&A. Please note that while we may not be able to answer every question during the session, we will read them all and do our best to address unanswered questions in future meetings. You’re also welcome to email your questions in your preferred language to [email protected], and our hosts will respond during the live webinars.

  • What does “multilingual webinar” mean?

    At EFT and Me, we’re committed to building bridges across communities by making our content more linguistically accessible. While our main communications, website navigation, and live Q&A are conducted in English, we offer simultaneous interpretation in French, Portuguese, and Spanish during live webinars. These interpreted versions are also available in the recorded replays. In addition, subtitled recordings in German are released every Friday following each live session. To enhance your experience, you can adjust your membership portal interface to your preferred language. You’re also welcome to communicate with our team by email in English, French, Portuguese, or Spanish.

  • At what time does the live webinar air?

    Live meetings take place at 12:00 pm Eastern Time. As EFT and Me is based in Montréal, Canada, we follow seasonal time changes. From April to November, we observe Daylight Saving Time (UTC-4). From November to March, we switch to Standard Time (UTC-5). If you're joining from a different time zone, please double-check the time difference, as it may shift throughout the year—especially if your region does not observe daylight saving time. We’ll send a friendly reminder to all registered participants one week before any time change.

  • I am experiencing technical issues when trying to access the platform. For example, the page goes blank and stops responding, or the site is slow to load.

    Please try the following steps to test whether your difficulties are related to your internet browser. If the issues persist, please send us an email to inform us and to allow us to assist you at [email protected] 1. Ensure that you are using a supported up-to-date internet browser like Chrome of Firefox. 2. Ensure that pop-ups are not automatically blocked by your browser's settings and that you accept all cookies from our website. 3. Refresh the cache by clearing your cookies and browser history and restart your internet browser. 4. Try accessing the site from a private window. 5. Try accessing your member’s area from a different browser and/or device. 6. Disable browser extensions that might be causing conflicts. 7. Restart your device.
