EFT and Me – Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to EFT and Me or enrolling in a masterclass, you acknowledge your commitment to maintaining confidentiality and agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Professional Eligibility
You confirm that you have the educational training, qualifications, and professional credentials to practice as a mental health professional in the area where you live, or that you are currently enrolled in a formal supervised training program leading to professional qualification.
2. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any identifying information about clients presented by the trainer (e.g., videotapes, case stories, case material, or clinical discussions). You also agree to refrain from viewing video material involving a client you would personally recognize.
3. Recording and Materials
You agree not to record any part of any training in any format (audio, video, or visual capture). Personal written notes containing non-confidential information are permitted.
4. Secure Participation
You agree to participate in online trainings or webinars from a secure location (home or office) and ensure that only you can view your screen to protect training material confidentiality.
Additional for Masterclasses
- Participants agree to keep their camera on during training sessions to support engagement and a cohesive learning environment.
- Participants are expected to attend a minimum of 90% of the masterclass to receive a certificate of attendance. Attendance requirements may differ for participants seeking CE credits and follow the standards of the relevant accrediting body.
- If you anticipate being absent for a significant portion of the training, it is your responsibility to inform the organizers.
- Break and lunch times may vary; participants are expected to remain available for the full scheduled training period each day.
5. Account Access
You agree not to share your membership or login information with anyone.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. EFT and Me Webinar Membership
- Subscriptions are monthly, effective from the day of purchase and recurring on the same day each month.
- To discontinue your subscription, you may cancel via your member’s account (by selecting the option ‘Cancel’ on your subscription order) or by emailing [email protected].
- Your subscription remains active for the rest of your billing period; no pro-rata refunds are offered.
- Example: If you cancel partway through a billing period, you will continue to have access until the next billing date but will not receive a credit for days after your request.
B. Masterclass – Reshaping Attachment Injuries in EFIT
- Participants may withdraw and request a refund within 90 days of registration. Please note that, due to credit card processing limitations, refunds cannot be issued beyond this ninety-day period.
- Cancellations received within the eligible refund period will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $50 USD, which covers non-recoverable processing and administrative costs associated with registration.
- No refunds will be issued within 14 days prior to the event.
- Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- Registration fees are based on fixed costs, contractual obligations, and administrative time required to organize and deliver the training. By enrolling, participants acknowledge their intention to attend and agree to these terms.
General
Failure to respect confidentiality or participation commitments may result in cancellation or withdrawal of access without refund or partial compensation.
7. Policy Updates
Our policies may evolve based on operational or educational needs. We reserve the right to amend these policies at any time, with changes effective upon publication. Participants are encouraged to consult this page periodically to remain informed of current policies.
