By subscribing to EFT and Me, you agree to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the following terms:
You have the educational training, qualifications, and professional credentials to practice as a mental health professional in the area where you live, or you are in a formal training program of supervised internship to become a mental health professional.
You agree to keep confidential any identifying information about clients presented by the trainer (e.g., videotapes, case stories). You agree to refrain from viewing video of a client you recognize.
You agree not to record any part of this training in any format (audio, video, visual). Personal written notes containing non-confidential information are permitted.
You agree to participate in this online webinar from a secure location in my home or office. You will ensure that only you can see your screen in order to keep the training material confidential.
You agree not to share your membership login information with anyone.
In the event that you do not respect this commitment toward confidentiality, you are aware that your subscription may be canceled or withdrawn without refund or partial compensation.
Cancellation policy
Subscription to EFT and Me is through a monthly membership, effective from the day of purchase and recurrent on that same day every month. If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you may do so directly from your member’s account (by selecting the option ‘Cancel’ on your subscription order) or by emailing us at [email protected]. Your subscription will remain valid for the rest of your billing period, and it will be discontinued (along with your access to content) at the end of it.
We do not offer pro-rata reimbursement. For example, if you initiated the subscription on the 13th of the month and wish to stop your membership on the 20th, you will still be able to access your portal until the 13th of the following month and will not be issued a credit on the day where you requested discontinuation of your subscription.
